The Women’s Strength Program is a 2-month online journey that combines functional strength training, Hatha yoga, and restorative practices to help you rebuild your strength, not just in your body, but in your mindset. About The Facilitator

Chhavi Sahal is a wellness practitioner and teacher with extensive experience in Hatha yoga, sleep coaching, EFT tapping and Shadow Work. As a functional strength coach and rehab specialist, she has helped more than a thousand women to build strength, improve posture & hormonal balance. She's based in Delhi, India and is helping leaders worldwide in recovering from burnout, building resilience and longevity.
