About The Facilitator
Chhavi Sahal is a wellness practitioner and teacher with extensive experience in Hatha yoga, sleep coaching, EFT tapping and Shadow Work. She's based in Delhi, India and is helping leaders worldwide in recovering from burnout, building resilience and longevity.
