What Is The Sattva Shift?

Our being is made up of Sattva, pure energy consciousness, that allows us to be our best selves, feel loved with lightness of the mind. When we remain satvic, life feels light, insightful. Joy is found in the smallest of acts. The Sattva Shift is an 8-week program that is designed to bring you into your Satvic energy- pure consciousness, without the burden of past experiences. It is a gateway into freedom, on a physical and mental level. The program includes Hatha yoga, sleep coaching, EFT tapping and Shadow work, curated to help you reset mentally and heal on a psychosomatic level.

About Chhavi

Chhavi Sahal is a wellness practitioner and teacher with extensive experience in Hatha yoga, sleep coaching, EFT tapping and Shadow Work. She's based in Delhi, India and is helping leaders worldwide in recovering from burnout, building resilience and longecity.
