Week 1: Understanding Burnout + Nervous System Basics

  • Orientation + the stress cycle

  • Gentle breathwork + restorative yoga

  • Toolkit: “Stress Reset in 5 Minutes” audio

Week 2: Regulation Through the Body

  • Somatic yoga + guided grounding

  • Nervous system mapping: “What stress feels like in me”

  • Add: EFT intro (tapping for tension)

Week 3: Rest & Sleep Repatterning

  • Sleep coaching session

  • Yoga Nidra practice

  • Sleep Toolkit: routines, melatonin reset techniques

Week 4: Emotional Boundaries & Overfunctioning

  • Shadow work session: People-pleasing, identity collapse

  • EFT for “saying no without guilt”

  • Toolkit: Boundary Scripts + Body Check Practice

Week 5: Reclaiming Energy & Identity

  • Yoga for vitality + grounding

  • Shadow work: “Who am I when I’m not proving myself?”

  • Journaling: From burnout identity to resilient self

Week 6: Integration + Daily Nervous System Plan

  • Full-spectrum yoga + breath integration

  • Create your 15-min Daily Reset Routine

  • Optional: group check-in or hot-seat coaching

Weeks 7–8: Conclusion

  • Planned post evaluation of weeks 1-6
