About The Program

Yoga for Strength is a 7-day workshop designed to help women over 30 rebuild strength without forcing their body into high-intensity training before it’s ready.

The focus is not on doing more.
It’s on learning how to apply effort with awareness, structure, and safety.

Strength here is built through:

  • Gentle bodyweight strength

  • Mobility and stability work

  • Clear, guided progression
