Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for choosing to work with us. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a course, workshop, coaching program, or other digital service.

1. Course & Workshop Registrations

All registrations are confirmed once payment has been received.

Because our live programs have limited spaces and require advance planning, payments are generally non-refundable once your registration has been confirmed.

For live workshops and cohort-based programs, your payment reserves a place specifically for you. This means we may not be able to offer that place to another participant after your registration.

2. Cancellations by Participants

If you need to cancel your participation, please contact us as soon as possible.

For live programs:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program begins may be eligible for a refund, at our discretion, after deduction of any applicable payment-processing fees.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins are generally non-refundable.

• Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued, including where a participant is unable to attend some or all of the sessions.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

3. Missed Sessions

We understand that plans can change. However, missing a live session does not make a participant eligible for a refund or partial refund.

Where recordings or alternative materials are provided as part of a program, they will be made available according to the access terms stated for that particular program.

Participants are responsible for checking the schedule and ensuring that they can reasonably attend the sessions before registering.

4. Rescheduling & Transfers

Where possible, we may allow a participant to transfer their registration to a future cohort of the same program.

Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

If a transfer is approved, the participant may be required to pay any difference in the program fee if the new cohort is priced higher.

A registration cannot be transferred to another person unless we have approved the transfer in advance.

5. Changes to Program Schedule

We reserve the right to reasonably change session dates, timings, instructors, or other program details when necessary.

Where a change is required, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and provide an alternative arrangement where possible.

A change in schedule does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund unless the change makes participation materially impossible and we are unable to offer a reasonable alternative.

6. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an entire program, participants will be offered either:

• a full refund of the amount paid; or

• the option to transfer their registration to a future cohort of the same program.

We will communicate the available options as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Digital & Recorded Programs

For recorded courses, digital products, and programs where access is provided immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the digital content has been accessed.

Please review the course description, inclusions, duration, and access terms before purchasing.

8. Payment Issues

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have an issue with your payment, please contact us directly so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

9. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Any exception to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at our discretion.

Granting an exception in one instance does not create an obligation to grant the same exception in the future.
